Fix clone panel in wiki position not always align right #12326

This fixes the UI issue of wiki page:

UI bug of wiki clone panel

As what can be seen in the screenshot, the old behavior of the wiki clone panel will not always align right (1st, 3rd, 5th in the screenshot), this patch fixed this issue, which are using the same css class as the one in main repo page.
