Dashboard repos sourse tab shows counter but doesn't show results.

This should be a frontend problem.

fix with a new custom template from the origin

worked on Windows 10

steps

1. download the original template to %GITEA_WORK_DIR%\custom\templates\user\dashboard\
   

2. delete the key code at line 86
   change

<li v-for="repo in repos" :class="{'private': repo.private}" v-show="showRepo(repo, reposFilter)">

as

<li v-for="repo in repos" :class="{'private': repo.private}">

3. restart the gitea service (Administrator access)

sc stop gitea || sc start gitea

@jueti, We can't just remove showRepo() filter, it's an important part of code. I created Pull Request with fix
