collaborator can't see "Quick Guide" in empty repository

Description

I use my account create a default repository, then in "Settings" -> "Collaborators" panel, I add another account as collaborator.

When the collaborator sign in and go to the repository dash, just show "This repository does not contain any content.". No "Quick Guide" as my account, so the account can't know how to clone this repository.
