Releases show up with date of push, not date of tag

Description

After pushing some repositories about a month ago, I've just noticed Gitea shows all releases in an arbitrary/reversed order and with a time of "1 month ago" (= time of push, not time of the corresponding commit).

This persists even after doing all the cleanup actions from the Admin console.
