Currently, when gitea is set to AUTO_WATCH_NEW_REPOS=true, org team members will automatically watch repos on that org. Now, when the user leaves the team again, this watch is not removed at least in the case when the user is an administrator, while I think it should, to relieve the user from notifications they are no longer interested in.
