Rewrap text when resizing a window

I'm using debian buster and when resizing a window, the terminal content does not rewrap.
See screenshot

This feature is working fine on a arch with kde.

Is there anything to do to make it work with Debian/gnome ?

What version of Tilix do you use?
I use 1.9.1 (1.7 on LinuxMint/Cinnamon) - there is no such behaviour as you show.
My env looks similar to your.

I'm using the version 1.8.9-1 which is provided by buster: https://packages.debian.org/buster/tilix

I tried to install a more recent version directly from the release packages but I haven't been able to make it work ^^

If you are using Debian buster, how were you able to install that version of tilix ?

@yo-main I used this PPA: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/test4
I found it here: #916 (comment)
But I have Linux Mint. It is Ubuntu-based distrib. At the other hand Ubuntu is a Debian-based distrib :)
