feat(example): refactor p/demo/blog

This PR is linked to the #4088 for scratching the old p/demo/blog to make it better but still have it be compatible with the gnoblo-cli.

These are the changes expected to add/ modify:

• Listing the authors like it is done for tags
• Listing in time ranges (start–end)
• Resolve users via r/sys/users registry.
• Toggle grid and list mode for Render (using gno-columns)
• Adding pagination
• Updating comments based on comment ID
• Switching to seq.id as indexes
• Improve error handling and messages throughout the package.
• Render all listings available (in a discoverable way?)
• Pinning comments
