Add a long description for gno test -h, that explains the different files, *_test.gno and *_filetest.gno, and gives the list of instructions related to the latter.

'Gno test' recompiles each package along with any files with names matching the
file pattern "*_test.gno" or "*_filetest.gno".
The only <package> supported for now is a directory (relative or absolute).

True only for absolute path if #945 is merged 🙏
