Add experimental MoonBit SDK

This PR is an experiment to add support for the MoonBit programming language:

• 1. use the vscode debugger to run the runtime locally first, ensure you're able to test existing examples.
  • sdk/moonbit/examples/simple (./update.sh)
• 2. add the moonbit example, and see if you can compile that to wasm (no transform), followed by
• 3. the sdk development (adding the parser to determine types and functions), and once you can compile an example into wasm (and verify that the custom section is correct by inspecting the .wat), then
  • sdk/moonbit/examples/simple (./build.sh)
• 4. add the runtime support for moonbit primitives, types, etc
• 5. all the existing sdks (http, graphql, dgraph, etc).
• 6. CLI support

Local Development

To work on the MoonBit SDK locally, first clone the repo, then run the following commands:

$ REPODIR=$(pwd)
$ cd cli
$ ./build.sh
$ cd ${REPODIR}/sdk/moonbit/examples/test-suite
$ ./update.sh
$ ./build.sh
$ ./modus-local.sh sdk install moonbit
$ ./modus-local.sh dev  # This will most likely fail until you run the following steps:
# Update the local Modus Runtime to support more examples:
$ cd ${REPODIR}/runtime
$ ./build.sh
# Update the local Modus MoonBit SDK to support more examples:
$ cd ${REPODIR}/sdk/go/tools/modus-moonbit-build
$ ./install.sh

Status

The following MoonBit examples work:

• sdk/moonbit/examples/hello-tuples
• sdk/moonbit/examples/neo4j
• sdk/moonbit/examples/simple
• sdk/moonbit/examples/test-suite
• sdk/moonbit/examples/time-example

The code has been updated to support compiler:

$ moon version --all
