You can find the FSNotes Preferences .plist at:

~/Library/Containers/co.fluder.FSNotes/Data/Library/Preferences/co.fluder.FSNotes.plist

How to reset all settings

Remove plist:

~/Library/Containers/co.fluder.FSNotes

and execute sudo killall cfprefsd in Terminal.app
