• Input files
• Number of samples slider
• Update slider for the size of file
• Checkbox of distances to include
• Select unique identifier
• Select location data (if not lat/long)
• Select categorical inclusion variables maybe?
• Add in the host-search maybe?
• Select number of reference sequences for pairwise distances
• Input seed
• Number of resamples (how many times you wanna sample?)

Backend

• Modify PAST for the app (allow input of a dataframe OR integrate therein)
• Include PAST
• Include SRS
• Include Stratified Random Sampling

Visualization and output

• PCA plot with population and sample
• Download button (should output CSV, fasta, and a text file describing selections)
