Test the compiled runtime code on the supported browsers/environments

#398 adds runtime support. It allows the generation of precompiled formatters and parsers to be used with lightweight runtime modules. There are tests that ensure formatters and parsers provide the necessary meta data for the compiler. But, there is no test that ensures the compiled runtime code works on the supported browsers/environments.
