Why wasn’t version 6.0.4 released as stable?

Why wasn’t version 6.0.4 released as stable?
I can see that a huge amount of work was done on 6.0.4, but development seems to have stopped about four months ago.
Maybe you need some help?

I am also curious why the new version 6.0.4 has not been released yet, as 6.0.3 was released two years ago.

Is there any way now? Because I found some bugs in version 6.0.3, such as when I set the left 3 columns to freeze, keyboard input cannot open the cell editor, and when selecting rows, I cannot uncheck the status by pressing CTRL+left button.
