Yes this is going to work, at least for both dmd & ldc (through ldmd2) I got dynamic loading working

• out-of-the-box with DMD
• compiling ldc2/ldmd2 from scratch with shared library output activated for LDC, see there

all details there including DMD script and LDC script.

Since dynamic compilation is not specific to flatorize, I started to write a tool to do it (1) without hassle and (2) with cache: https://github.com/glathoud/d_glat_common/blob/master/lib_d_eval.d
