Circuits should be user configurable without changing code

The name of  a circuit or the type of clamp used is currently changed by changing code i.e. the enum HomeCircuits, this should be achievable by a user without changing code. It should be possible to change the name of the circuit and which type of current clamp it uses (except for the circuit which has the 100 Amp clamp on it as that requires different hardware to the others.
