What Currently Happens?

When I attempt to submit a new issue, the app crashes.

What Do You Expect To Happen?

I expected the issue to be submitted and the to not crash.

My Reproduction Steps

1. Go to any repo
2. View all issues
3. Click the plus in top right
4. Add info
5. Submit

Similar reason as the refactoring is not complete. Fixed by #848.
