Display the `payload` in the view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After deploying with a payload, we cannot check it through the UI. If the view shows the payload we sent, we can quickly check the deployment information.

Describe the solution you'd like
I think that the Deployment entity should have all the fields in the Github Deployment. And it provides all fields by API so the user can check all the information through the Deployment entity.
