Add an option to disable auto-updates #3283

Could you please add a setting to disable auto-updates? Since I manage my installation via Scoop, the built-in auto-updater conflicts with it because it installs updates outside of Scoop's managed path (either in Program Files or the User directory) .Having a toggle to turn it off would be very helpful
