No validation for step: Adding a prop

Bug Report

Current behavior
When adding a prop, leaving the comment in place and changing something else lets me continue with the course.

Reproduction
Steps to reproduce the behavior in the course:

1. Edit any line except the expected line 31 in List.jsx
2. Stage, commit, and push.
3. Observe that course continues.

Expected behavior
Course should stop me from continuing until I take the dictated action.
