Filename error from grading action

I get a filename error from this one -- it seems to come from the action and not the results so I don't think I'm doing something wrong, but can we confirm?

This seems to be fixed now on a correct solution! However, when I made a mistake in the indentation, I got an internal error which doesn't seem appropriate. Feel free to break this off into its own issue if it's not related or if it's an edge case.
