🔧 Activate integration tests in CI and fix failing tests

Summary

This PR updates various GitHub Actions workflow files and action lock configurations:

• Updated GitHub Copilot CLI from version 0.0.395 to 0.0.397
• Updated Claude Code CLI from version 2.1.20 to 2.1.22
• Updated action dependency locks for various GitHub Actions
• Modified CI workflows to improve test configuration

Changes

• Bumped Copilot CLI version in multiple workflows
• Updated Claude Code CLI version in daily doc updater
• Updated action SHA references in .github/aw/actions-lock.json
• Added build tag support for test files
• Modified CI workflow to exclude integration tests by default

Testing

• Ran unit tests with updated configurations
• Verified workflow compatibility with new versions

• Minor version updates to tooling and dependencies
