Describe the bug
ignore users still appear in the issue/pull request list in markdown and these should be filtered out for clarity
To Reproduce
Run the action with users in the IGNORE_USERS variable
Expected behavior
issues and pull requests with an author in the IGNORE_USERS variable should not appear in the markdown output
