based on #861 and assuming it is merged, this PR adds a small step to the
CI / buildworkflow: it uploads the complication resultgh-ostbinary as an artifact. This is useful for developers who wish to test agh-ostbinary without having to build it on their own systems.Risk assessment: none; assuming #861 is merged, only thing this PR adds is an upload in the workflow file; no changes to code.
