Option 2 in the agent failure issue template used /agent agentic-workflows debug ... — a Copilot Chat-specific command — making it unusable with other AI coding agents.

Changes

  • actions/setup/md/agent_failure_issue.md: Replaces the /agent agentic-workflows invocation with engine-agnostic instructions directing users to either load .github/agents/agentic-workflows.agent.md from their repo or download it directly from GitHub, then provide the debug prompt to their AI assistant.

  • actions/setup/js/handle_agent_failure.test.cjs: Updates the mock template fixture to match the new template content.
