docs: separate getting started content from conceptual overview

Campaign documentation mixed conceptual overview with practical setup instructions on a single page. Split into two focused pages for better information architecture.

Changes

• Created getting-started.mdx with practical content:

  • Quick Start (prerequisites, workflow creation, authentication setup)
  • Dependabot Burner example (minimal campaign pattern)
  • Additional example references (Security Scanner)
  • How it works / Next steps

• Updated index.mdx to focus on concepts:

  • Campaign definition and coordination patterns
  • Decision table (when to use campaigns vs workflows)
  • Link to Getting Started guide
