Request: Allow commenting, editing posts within a Discussion

Working with gh aw, my agents are unable to comment directly on posts within a discussion. They can add a reaction.

I want to be able to:

• Invoke an agent with a slash command on a particular post within a discussion (available today).
• Have an agent reply directly to the comment where the slash command was presented.
  • Right now, it will only allow a new top-level post within the discussion.

I am trying to use Discussions as a way to gather findings from multiple agents and comment on them directly to invoke a back-and-forth discussion and hone their replies.

In my perfect world, I want to be able to:

• Have agent post their findings to a particular discussion.
• Be able to '@' the agent directly, or reply directly to their post within a discussion, and get a reply from ONLY that agent (not have to use a slash command, which invokes a feedback agent, which then routes to the correct agent to reply... this doesn't scale well.)

@ is a reserved syntax for bots so we can't tap into it.

@pelikhan fair enough. I'd still suggest the first two items I noted to bridge the gap.

@copilot add-comment in a discussion should be a threaded comment reply rather than a top level discussion reply.
