 upgraded from v0.47.3 to v0.48.4

**ran: gh aw upgrade**

upgrade complete

**ran: gh aw update**

i get the error  failed to download workflow: failed to decode file content: exec: "base64": executable file not found in %PATH% for all my  workflows
