Added additional information so that user can easily reverify their academic affiliation.

I added the new image here just so that I could apply a mask to it. The image needs to be saved to the correct place in the repo. This is going to be easier for me to do in our internal repo, so I'm going to close this pull request and open a new one internally. I will ping you a link and ask you to review/approve it there.
