Changelog entry for 2.13.5 is missing #166
Description
CHANGELOG.md is missing an entry for 2.13.5, not sure if that was an oversight, or if creating that entry simply got delayed.
(Also sorry for circumventing the restriction of not allowing new GitHub issues here (#165), but I thought it was appropriate to raise this issue here instead of in github/codeql.)
