Can't open /blob/ URL from combined repository list/URL clone dialog

What happened

Couldn't paste /blob/ URL and clone/open using Open from GitHub.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Open from GitHub dialog
2. Paste https://github.com/github/VisualStudio/blob/master/README.md into text box
3. Clone and Open buttons remain inactive

Expected behavior

1. Open Open from GitHub dialog
2. Paste https://github.com/github/VisualStudio/blob/master/README.md into text box
3. Clone or Open button should become active
4. Click Clone or Open
5. README.md should appear in Visual Studio
