httprequest - add request object to constructor

Add this:

var Github = function(options, httpxhr) {
    var API_URL = options.apiUrl || 'https://api.github.com';

```
  xhr = httpxhr || new XMLHttpRequest();
```

than we don't need to implement light wrappers around all the httprequest callbacks.
