Add tkinter based dashboard for DeFogify #37
Description
The gradio based dashboard is good and useful for fast protyping. But tkinter based dashboards are more stable and are accepted as standard. I would like to work on a tkinter based dashboard for this utility.
I will also keep the gradio based dashboard as it is.
