Add Ghost of Future You

Adds the Ghost of Future You bot: a Storybook regression predictor built from 149 fix and revert commits in storybookjs/storybook. Not a person - a novel archetype that flags patterns the repo has already paid for (unhandled network failures, unbounded loops, leaked cleanup, React DOM lifecycle regressions), citing a real commit hash for every claim.

• Repo fit: requires a storybookjs/storybook checkout with gh CLI access; read-only, paste-a-diff workflow.
• Permission mode: plan (reads and reasons, never edits) - safe by construction on a stranger machine.
• Agent changed from the local codex record to claude-code so the explicit read-only tool fence (Read/Grep/Glob, gh/git-log/git-diff only) is enforceable; codex supports no allow/deny lists.
• Setup: one check-only step (gh auth status), no machine changes.
• Data cleanup (explicitly approved): stripped 5 extraction-pipeline PR-number artifacts from verbatim comments; file paths and commit hashes intact, voice text untouched.
• Tested: field-length/enum/uniqueness checks, instructions under 600 words, no machine-local leakage; tree touches only bots/ghost-of-future-you/.
