DocEditor upgrades for tablet use #1062
Description
Recent changes in ProseMirror the submodule used for document editing improve usage on mobiles and tablets as well as fix other bugs. However, there are also a number of breaking changes so to minimize technical debt build up this should be upgraded and fixes made.
