Fix X API 403 by regenerating OAuth credentials and wrapping like calls

Summary

• X API was returning 403 client-not-enrolled because the old app wasn't attached to a Project in the new X Developer Console
• Regenerated OAuth credentials for both GitAuto and Wes accounts, updated secret references to match new names
• Wrapped mutual like calls in try/catch since the free X API tier may not support the likes endpoint
