Works locally but not with Github Actions

Hi there! I have a side project that has a lot of images, so I decided to try this out.

It seems to work locally, I can see the lazy tag when inspecting the image.

However once deployed with custom GitHub Jekyll Action, images on the page has eager tag applied instead.
