Big SVT-AV1-PSY update, again!

What's New:

  • Changed Av1an chunk method to bestsource in light of recent Arch Linux issues regarding lsmash. Please install vapoursynth-plugin-bestsource in order to continue using Av1an effectively.
  • Updated SVT-AV1 binary to SVT-AV1-PSY v2.1.0-A
