… python 3.2; also trapped all Linux statements opening a file in a try/finally block to make sure the file object gets always closed.

hi! looking at the released 2.1.3 tarball, these changes doesnt seem to be included (I checked the per_cpu_times() function and it still doesn't have the context manager for file operation (which is reported in the Debian bug #772543) - do you have plan to release these fixes soon?
