Extension settings: My Account -> My Ghostery

In the Ghostery settings, My Account tab is currently underutilized. At the same time ,we lack a good place to have some general settings for the addon and we cannot add more tabs to the settings as they won't fit mobile screen.

The proposition is to change the My Account tab to the My Ghostery tab, which would have two sections:

current: My Account
new: Additional settings
Two new settings should be listed:

Theme: light/dark/auto
auto-reload on pause (default ON)
