this adds a new puppet provider to have the mkdir -p functionality the main advantage of the provider is to set folder owner/group/permission for the specified directory or parent directories
this adds the mkdirp provider description in a seperate file (mkdir.pp)

Is this necessary? Since line 46 runs mkdir -p that should handle setting the permissions.
