Description
I've written test code to show the issue that I'm seeing:

To reproduce the issue:
Click on the second header,
Refresh the page,
Scroll down until the last line of text can be seen,
Issue: the page jumps back to the second header.
Tested in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
Other than that, it looks and acts amazingly! Thanks!
