Selectbox not close when clicking on body when scroll list in dropdown

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to page where the long select box (dropdown with a scroll) placed
2. Scroll dropdown list with mouse (drag the scroller)
3. Click outside the select

Actual results:
Selectbox is not closed

Expected results:
Selectbox is closed
