Summary

LSI is turned off by default since 2023. It is usefulness has been diminshed over time.

**Summary**

`co-exist` will ensure this does not conflict with the `/usr/bin/steam`
path, providing a new `lsi-steam` binary and desktop file.

This change enable us to remove Steam hard dependency on LSI.

Also removed the patch that default to steam runtime instead of native
runtime. I would assume anyone that install LSI after this change want
to use native runtime OOTB.
