Project dashboard

RIght now when you log into a sentry project, the default view is the stream of exceptions and logs that are coming in. There should be a dashboard of some kind that says how many exceptions/hour are coming in, percentage of resolved/unresolved issues, (maybe broken down by module or origin), and things like that.

Just an update. I've started on this but I'm being very careful about how it works.

Right now it shows a single graph of exceptions across all your projects, and a sidebar to select a project to jump to. I want to avoid putting too much in here that'd require querying across multiple projects, but simple stats ilke resolved vs unresolved should be pretty easy.
