Metric alerts can't be routed to OpsGenie via the existing OpsGenie integration

Problem Statement

I want to route Metric alerts to OpsGenie, however the current OpsGenie integration for Sentry doesn't support it as per https://docs.sentry.io/product/integrations/.

Solution Brainstorm

Routing metric alerts to integration seems to be possible, because it's supported for the PagerDuty integration, and the docs explicitly mention being able to route metric alerts to integrations you've built yourself, so I'm assuming the solution is to add support for metrics alerts into the existing OpsGenie integration.

Hi @pseudonymtim, we're aware of the demand for this and it's in our backlog to address. The OpsGenie plugin is a legacy project based plugin, and to add support for metric alerts we'd need to first have a modern organization based integration. I can't guarantee any timeline for this, but we are thinking about it.
