Set in_app in integrations

In many integrations we currently don't set in_app, but we should because it affects trimming. See #316

It would probably make sense to think of new heuristics to discover packages of "the current app" in this context. For example based on whether the module's fs path is within current working directory.

This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.

But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you label it Status: Backlog or Status: In Progress, I will leave it alone ... forever!
