This PR aims to restructure our test suite and clean it up bringing it up to speed to enjoy working in so we can improve our test coverage and cases.
In the process I did not remove any tests but did fix some tests that were not working (correctly).
Very much work in progress, but easy to see if I missed anything on multiple PHP/Laravel combo's.
