This PR supersedes #6015 which attempted to fix the issue without fixing the underlying issues in the dependencies.
This PR updates
@sentry/webpack-pluginto the latest version and then uses the newSentryWebpackPlugin.cliBinaryExists()function.This has no issues with
@vercel/nftsince the latest version of@sentry/clinow uses code that avoids this issue and is tested against regressions.
