Drop support for AWS SDK v2

AWS SDK v2 is deprecated. In v8, we want to drop support for this, and support v3+ only.

The change between AWS SDK v2 to v3 is the most breaking change of breaking changes I have ever seen - it's basically a whole new library (and the migration guide is not amazing).

Our current usage of the AWS SDK is for the awsServicesIntegration, and it technically doesn't depend on aws-sdk explicitly.

After evaluating this, I think this is something we should do in v9 instead of v8.

SDK v2 is in maintenance mode until Sept 2025, so we have plenty of time to make this change.

nvm we made this work for v8! @sentry/aws-serverless supports both SDK v2 and v3 :)
