Disable 'Raven about to send:'

My first question
Is there any way to disable logDebug entry with message "Raven about to send"?

My proposal
If there's any reason not to add option to enable/disable debug level logs, or better to set a log level from which events are logged?

I think I can handle to do PR if there's no contraindications

Levels:

• log (and his alias debug)
• info
• warn
• error

Oh, this is simple. Just need to make Raven.debug false by default.

I will do this for 1.3.
